The Churches of Rome (COR) is a group of local churches working together to make disciples where we live, work, study, shop, and play. We believe: 

• God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co–equal and are one God.

• Jesus Christ is the Son of God who became human to reveal God and redeem mankind from sin’s penalty. Jesus was born to the virgin Mary, crucified on a cross, died, was buried, and rose from the dead to demonstrate His power over sin and death. Jesus will return in the future to rule and reign over the earth with justice and righteousness.

• Eternal life is granted by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus alone.

• The church is God’s primary means for accomplishing His mission in the world.

• The Bible is God's Word to all men. It was written by human authors under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error. 

• Biblical marriage is designed by God to be a covenantal, life-long, exclusive relationship between one man (born a man) and one woman (born a woman).
